"Recently on a cross country trip on my new Raider S I had a tire problem and needed a replacement. Drew in parts, Robin in service and Andy the mechanic were all extremely friendly and helpful in getting me on the road again. It took 3 days to get a tire and Drew put up with me being impatient and calling severla times a day. When the tire arrived Robin got my bike in the service bay quickly, Andy had my tire mounted and had me on the road again in less than 90 minutes.
